So. Here goes the trick. Basically it cannot be applied in hardcore mode with one life, there you will require strong hero / good loot, but in case of normal kind - possible.

1. I've cleaned up the location again, so Diablo appear once more.
2. This time I've gained some gold around to, to be sure, got 50 teleports into start of the location.
3. Teleport placed, attack, heroine died, go into teleport, place another, repeat until success.

Original Diablo II ends in "Act IV", while "Act V" is related to "Diablo II: Lord of Destruction". Lot, that I've got at end, wasn't useful, so be selling it I've gained enough gold to repair all things / buy items for fine start in the add-on.
