I make my own opinions on some of the points...feel free to express yours here in the comments.
The TL:DW version is there are two known exploits in the game that offer an advantage in Hardcore and to get Primals easier and these exploits cannot be fixed by Blizzard as they have nothing to do with the game itself.
Please note that whilst this one member of a 4 man group admits to cheating that does not mean the others in the team do it too or even knew there team member was doing it.
The other team members are known in the community as very good players.
