I couldn't find any gameplays of this game online, so there it is. Might be the first?

Dick Johnson V8 Challenge is a 1999 racing game from Torus Games (not to be confused with 2002's V8 Challenge from EA Sports). It features 4 tracks and 2 cars. As far as I can tell, the same/similar engine was later used in Carmageddon TDR2000.

A few notes on the state of the game:
- It works fine without dgVoodoo2, although on this recording I use one to force high resolution while selecting 800x600 in game. This way the UI stays reasonably sized.
- I couldn't get the game to work with any of my gamepads - the game just crashes when any gamepads are connected. I used dinputto8 and devreorder to hide everything but keyboard and mouse from the game.
- The game uses CD Audio for menu music, but I didn't use it on this clip to avoid getting a Content ID match and to avoid a potential bug with audio cutting off as the race loads. I suspect it may be a bug in this specific CD Audio wrapper.

I normally don't do this, but it's nearly impossible to find any information about this game online so I'll make an exception - the installer was found here:
