While some games are still (slowly) making their way onto the platform, the 3DS's best days are certainly behind it. With Nintendo announcing at a Nintendo Direct that Square Enix will be porting The World Ends With You, the floodgates have begun to open. There are nearly limitless possibilities of 3DS games to be ported over the the Switch, and as such, gives consumers even less of a reason to go out and spend money on games with last generation's hardware.
