Tiptup's last race before he can race Dragon Forest's champion is at Haunted Woods. This race happens to be a lot more of a piece of cake for him than Windmill Plains and Greenwood Village were.

Turns out that Dragon Forest's champion happens to be a fire-breathing dragon; since he can fly, Tiptup has to resort to racing in his airplane for this race. Once again, the champion's challenge for Tiptup after their defeat against him is the 8 Silver Coins challenge. Tiptup, like every other time, will have to race the dragon again after his mission is complete.

This segment will only have half of the 8 Silver Coins races; the two tracks are Windmill Plains and Boulder Canyon.
