4Giovanni was able to make it into the parking garage without the cops noticing him; this leads to his next challenge to become a part of the Skate Team. Giovanni's challenge in the garage is to have a one-on-one flatland trick contest against Ralph and Josh--two of the Skate Team's members--and then face off against the man, himself: Daewon Song.
After Gio defeats Song, he heads out to Santa Monica's pier to wreck rides' attraction sign. The sign then gets hauled off to the Skate Ranch as a new piece.
Giovanni decides later that night to earn some much-needed cold-cut cash from a homeless man. The hobo's challenge to Giovanni is to land an 8000 point combo in less than 60 seconds.
Giovanni meets up with Mindy while in Santa Monica, and she wants him to do three stall tricks on the nose of a cement shark--obviously she wants this to become a new part of the Ranch.
Gio's last challenge of this session involves him needing to reach three certain places around the area of Santa Monica's ampitheater WITHOUT touching any of the ground around those areas. Giovanni is required to do this challenge because word on the street is that he wants to talk to Tony Alva about Iggy.
