This is a question that has been asked by many so I thought "why not post a video on youtube answering this question?"

Getting straight to the point:

The UE18 Pro has similar detail capabilities of the JH13 Pro. The UE18 Pro is just a different sound ( More bass ). If you want a neutral sounding custom earphone the JH13 Pro is you best bet over the JH16 and UE18. The JH16 Pro has more bass drivers to increase the headroom and reduce the chance of distortion in live performing situations. In a live performance the dynamic range isn't as controlled like the say a recorded one. The JH16 Pro at default has about a 2db increase in low/sub bass and a tad bit more upper bass than the JH13 Pro but offers no more detail than the JH13 Pro.

JH13 Pro: The most detailed " neutral " custom in ear monitor. ( Audiophile monitor )
JH16 Pro: Optimized for live performers who need bass boost. ( Live performance monitor )
UE18 Pro: Similar detail capabilities to the JH13 Pro with more mid-bass, not a neutral sounding monitor. ( Audiophile monitor who wants more bass instead of neutrality )
