Me on Twitch & Kick playing Streets of Rage 2 as Max Thunder on Mania Mode.

I'm using Streets of Rage 2 from my Steam account with a ROM Hack by BillyTime! Games. Thought I'd try it a second time and I'm still not sure if playing on different difficulties changes the outcome.

Description:
As you play, the internal difficulty counter is randomized and will introduce enemies from Very Easy all the way to Mania difficulties with various speeds, health bars and aggression. No playthrough will ever be identical!
