And we return to our blind Pokémon Platinum playthrough!

This time, we get absolutely destroyed by the third gym and have to level up Sparkles in order to win.

Yeah, this game is probably gonna be kinda difficult. Or maybe the third gym is just way harder than anything else.

Future Fingusa here, yes, so far gym 4 and 5 have been much easier than 3. Interesting difficulty spike. Back to present Fingusa.

Anyway, we also give contests a try and they are rather weird. Really don't get them. The dress up minigame is a grindfest, the rhythm minigame is a disgrace for a long time DDR/Taiko fan and the final minigame makes no sense and feel like you would need a strategy guide to be able to do it.

Suffice to say, contests are kinda a massive disappointment, especially considering how much everyone, and the game itself, were hyping it up.

Also if anyone has any tips and tricks, tell me about them in the comments. Always appreciate knowing more, but please, no story spoilers.
