digging up a raised bed and making it a pond, moving trees and propagating bamboo. Lots of work to do on Delphi Farms. Every Feburary there are 3-4 days of dry weather that allow my "highland raised bed farm" to work the earth in preparation of spring. This allows for a several month head start compared to other local farmers. I have watched for this window of opportunity for over 15 years. Sometimes it comes at the beginning of Feb. sometimes it comes at the end, but it always comes and I always get a head start on farming that flat lander's can't.
