"The Crest of Light" ("Good-bye Numemon")
In This Episode Of Digimon Adventure : Kari recovers, and, along with Sora and T.K., begins searching for the others. They run into WaruMonzaemon, and Kari frees the Numemon he has enslaved, who then begin calling her "Queen". Kari's Crest re-energizes Biyomon and Gatomon (all of the Digimon have no energy to digivolve at this point; even Tentomon who forgotten about it and Agumon who chanted.) and they drive WaruMonzeamon off and he's destroyed by Machinedramon for his failure. Andromon (the same one from File Island, encountered by Tai and Izzy) battles with Machinedramon, and the Numemon sacrifice themselves to save Kari. Kari's Crest reenergizes Agumon and he digivolves to WarGreymon to face Machinedramon. WarGreymon easily destroys Machinedramon with one hit while Machinedramon does no damage to him and at first thought WarGreymon missed him completely.

Plot
Much like the 1999 anime, Digimon Adventure is a story of seven children whose summer suddenly thrusts them into a strange dimension called the "Digital World". Takaishi meet their Digimon partners and set on a journey to find a way home. However, they learn that they and an eighth child are the DigiWorld's chosen heroes who must save it and their world from evil Digimon, the DigiDestined.
