When fighting dragon fleet look for opportunities to get kills or deal a decent chunk of damage. If you do this enough, you win. Keep pressure on them so they cant build mental charge fields but don't overcommit your SP and CD, as due to their high defenses you'll be punished without receiving much benefit.

The best tip for fighting it is to manage your SP wisely. Ironically, dragon fleet is weak in the late game largely due to their poor SP conservation and recovery. This makes their main strength somewhat self defeating since their playstyle encourages longer games.
