Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth 008 - Chapter 4 Sidequests, Lucemon and Ravemon BM
I may have gone... SLIGHTLY overboard, and spent like 20 hours trying to do misc things in the game.
Such as going from IIRC 49 Digimon registered to 164, but the fact I was restricted to only 40 party memory was starting to drive me crazy, since if my math is right, doing the exact same setup I have now is only giving me x10 money and experience, but if I wait until I have enough party memory to use the PlatinumNumemon and PrinceMamemon I ALREADY have, that would take me from x10 to x40.
I also save scummed to get 10 Tactical USB Pens, 9 Billionaire USB Pens, and I spent OVER FIVE HOURS trying to get the Agumon (Black) 's Property quest, but decided to wait until i had a level 5 DigiFarm before trying again.
Now, this isn't 5 hours of waiting the 20 minutes for the new property quests to come in, that was FIVE. HOURS. of reloading my save with about 2 seconds before the countdown finished and seeing what quests came in.
I also figured if I DID wait to try to fill in the Field Guide, not only could I have more Digimon in my party, but I'd get WAY more experience per fight.
For instance, at the time of writing, I had access to the Digital Wave that has Peckmon, Geckomon and something else, and I went from getting an average of 4000 EXP per fight to literally 16,000.
And with 2 DigiFarms, I can now do things like develop items AND train Digimon, since quite a few need stat training to hit Mega.
For instance, I was getting Tokomon to hit 100 ABI so I could do some INT training since IIRC even at level 99, it's 32 INT short of becoming Lucemon.
However, for Lucemon to become Lucemon FM, it's 82 ATK AND 17 SPD short, so I'd either have to use items to remove some of the bonus INT (Which I don't have access to yet) or get ANOTHER Digimon to 100 ABI, make sure it's a Fighter type, then put it in the intensive 30 minute training with a Nimble Leader, that way it would get exactly 18 SPD, then I can change the leader to another Fighter Digimon and get the other 64 ATK in 1 hour.
At which point, I have to then make it either an Angemon or Devimon and devolve into Lucemon, then get it to literally level 99 before it becomes Lucemon FM.
But regardless of bonus stats, Lucemon FM will become Lucemon SM at IIRC level 86.
This however wouldn't even be an issue on the Switch version because the ABI limit was raised from 100 to 200, so I can have 150 bonus stats, which is enough to have the +32 INT, +82 ATK AND +17 SPD to go from Tokomon to Lucemon to Lucemon FM.
Another example is BlueMeramon becoming Creepymon, it's 23 ATK shy of hitting that at level 99, but it's ALSO 2 SP and 32 INT to become a Barbamon.
So because of this, I set up a Wizardmon to have all of these, at which point I made it into a BlueMeramon by evolving it into Myotismon, then devolving into Bakemon, then BlueMeramon.
At which point I was going to turn it into Creepymon or Barbamon, devolve back to BlueMeramon, then hit level 99 again for it to become the other.
