My thoughts on this part:
If you notice the messages on the Digi Line (33:14 )after defeating Arkadimon, you will see all of them includes: Nokia, Arata and Yuugo are preparing to go to the digital world (equivalent to the final chapter of OG CS). Arkadimon Ultra seems to play a role like Examon here. Bandai makes Ulforceveedramon disappear in the story but not Arkadimon? Some say they missed the opportunity for Ulforceveedramon to fight Arkadimon like in V-Tamer Manga. But I thought it was more like a reverse-version of the Manga, similar to True Identity of Delivery Boy case in chapter 10. That case is the whole Digimon Season 1 references in this game, in which WereGarurumon is a bad boi and Digitamamon is a good one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2zTosKzcYI).
Yuuko had probably completely forgotten about replying back the message to Keisuke (33:26). I can breathe a sigh of relief, Erika is probably the only character waiting for you to go through a long chapter to reply.
1/ Odaiba event
Ok! The first thing I want to talk is how bullshjt Arkadimon (Ultra) first battle was... He first uses God Matrix immediately followed by Ones and Zeroes, Ones and Zeroes move causes all of our attacks to deal 0 or 1, nothing is worth to mention until he uses that 1s and 0s. Logically, when I saw that my damage was zero, I guard immediately and waited for the end of it because I thought this was a scripted battle. After I got close to 10 minutes and nothing happened? Once again, I went online to check and saw both tutorials on gamefaq said that this was a battle that couldn't be won, so just guarding or attacking, some even wrote that just wait until Arkadimon used God Matrix again. I believe in that and continue guarding in waiting for another 10 minutes. Then I decided to attack and you know what, my style is buffing to have enough power for OHKO boss so this lasted another 5 minutes until I finish the first battle with Arkadimon.
One thing the game doesn't tell you is that the first battle against Arkadimon only ends after Arkadimon takes exactly 5 damages equivalent to 5 times dealing 1 damage, due to the fact that getting 1 damage is random so multi-hit works wonder here. if you want it to end it quickly, you should use Digimon that cause many hits in one skill (like Seraphimon, etc.). I guess this is probably the only time those multi-hit Digimon are really useful. On last few minutes, I used 2x PlatinumNumemon with their 5 hits signature move (1:10:22) and finished it in less than 1 minute. Now I feel like an idiot for spending nearly 30 minutes of my life doing nothing.
On the second battle, it was just like any other fight with Arkadimon. If his HP reduces to a certain extent, he will feel "Excitement" then buffing himself with ATK boost but reducing his own DEF. It was a sign that he is going to use God Matrix next turn. That's all, he doesn't spam Matrix continuously like in previous forms. It seems that losing Ryuji made him lose his tactics, at least I'm glad for this.
2/ Beat Hacker Hunter Kiyomi! (30/30 Blacklisted Hacker Cases)
Hunter Kiyomi has 2 Digimons that can deal extremely terrorist damage but only true on first turn. Because one attack power is reduced and one cannot move in their next turn, so they can't spam it with crazy damage like they did before. Both attacks are fire-element, simply putting Flame Guard DX in will take care of everything.
Once again, Mirei doesn't reward us for anything after completing the wanted list. Where is my payment? (55:09)
