My thoughts on this part:
This case reminds me of Aiba taking Nokia and Yuuko out to eat in OG CS chapter 13. If you remember, this is where Mirei asked you to buy the red bean dessert in chapter 10. Keisuke once again ate here and ordered the red bean again. In Aiba's case, it seems he ordered something else.
