You receive a new DigiMail from Jijimon with the information that Taomon can be found in the Logic Volcano area. The mail also contains a description of how to get to that area. Take the southwest exit in Vast Plateau to get to the Server Desert. The desert is the transition area to the volcano.
At Server Desert - Hallowed Hall, you can see Garudamon with blue mark, but cannot be recruited him at this point.
