Day one of the Diluc Event: Hidden Strife, featuring his Red Dead of Night outfit. No, the outfit is not a reward in this event. The overall event is pretty "simple", just defeat a bunch of enemies within a time limit to gain rewards. The greatest difficulty is indeed quite difficult. Fortunately, the most essential rewards do not require you to complete that difficulty.
