Today we tame a Dimetrodon in Ark Survival Evolved. One the center map I have only found them on the lava island. They are hard to tame because their torpor drops very quickly and their favorite foods can be hard to come by; quetzal kibble, and mutton. These creatures are supposed to act like air conditioners and help in incubating eggs. I have not figured out how that works, it will take some more research and experimentation.
