The Bothriospondylus also referred to as Bothriospondylus suffossus is known to have inhabited England and Europe and fossils were found in Wiltshire in the Kimmeridgian stratum. While not a lot is known about the habitat of this species, it is suspected that these dinosaurs used to inhabit terrestrial habitats. Reproduction, just like other dinosaurs, took place sexually where the males used to deposit sperm inside the female body and after a gestation span, the female used to lay fertilized eggs that contained embryos that were developing.
