Dirt Rally runs pretty well on an Nvidia GTX 670, but you're probably not going to get a consistent 60 FPS. You can set the preset on high and run things super smoothly or try reducing post processing effects/vegetation and bump other items to ultra. Keep in mind that I was testing on 1600 x 900 because my monitor is goofy, so you may get 5-10 frames less on 1080p.
