So, the Live Stream "What Should I Track?" will be next Saturday at 1PM EST - and as mentioned, I was going to post a Time Zone conversion - finding a place online that I could easily copy and past was not easy. BUT, I found a site where I could generate a link, so I did that!

You should be able to click the link and it will show that it is 1PM EST, but then below that, it should be a good guide as to when, for you, it will be!
