You still beat Judge Nemo possessed by Fear the Great, his soul is still reaped by Emizel and becomes a Prinny, and you still have an epilogue between Val and one of Hades party members (this video uses the Artina epilogue). The difference is that after Val's rousing speech on the Ties of Camaraderie, he is suddenly transported to some astral plane where he speaks directly to God. God says that Nemo will be eliminated for posing as a "Judge". He also wants to see the face of the one who defeated Fear the Great and warns Val not to defy Him. Val's response?

And after delivering a blow to God, Val returns to the Hades Party where he tells his confused comrades about meeting and punching God (though he muses that the person he talked to might not be God at all). After that, the scene carries on just like the original game.
