After a couple dozen hours leveling my trap, I attempt Baal. I brute force him after a couple of tries. I'm overpowered for regular baal. I didnt even use an internet strat. My original objective is complete, but I want to try Carnage Baal and see how I stand.

As soon as I enter my sage Alice is instantly one shotted. My best of best is one shotted by the land effects. Its depressing. Theres things I need to do now but I've lost my heart for it. Here is a few theories:

1. Super duper Curry to survive the automatic land effect.
2. Hours upon hours of Duping my Max Trap... with that goddamn high ass failure rate.
3. Hours upon hours getting max base stats for 15 more characters.
4. Many many more hours going through Character World and increasing aptitudes for all many characters to get the most out of my traps... that would be how to hit 99 mill base stats.

The last one pretty much seals the deal for me. I dont want to spend any more time in character world. Nevermind that Fallout and Tomb Raider were a week away when I did this play.

I cant see myself coming back to this. To me, the height of disgaea is that first set of runs in the item world before you hit post game. This is the deepest I've ever been in any disgaea post game and I still have LoC Baal and whatsher name still to beat. Im gonna pass.

I am however picking up Metallia's main game The Witch and the Hundred Knight which is releasing in a PS4 remastered version in February. Im hyped for it and I'll do a complete run of it and YT it all.

The scope of youtubing this whole play ended up being quite a challenge. I borked up 3 videos from tech errors and simply lost another. Yes, I can do a super long rpg series, but its so involved. Changing PCs and then upgrading to a new computer in the middle was a challenge as well as if left my raw videos across 3 different machines and hard drives and it was something like 2 and a half terabytes... maybe not that much but it was a lot. I thought I was ready and prepared but I'll need to be even moreso next time.
