Defeating the final boss of the Carnage Dimension questline with rather low stats for the fight. Raw stats were around the 12-14 million range without evilities or squads.

My Setup

Killia with both MOV boosts from Chara World, and Macrocosm boosted to +9
100 Professionals on any item equipped to Killia.

Equips:
Some crappy weapons, and 3 LoC shoes, for 16 MOV.

Squad: Flatty Squad (Later found out this didn't give any stat boosts, recommend Foot Soldier Squad instead)

Setup:
Pass bill to dispatch 20 units
Get Killia's Revenge Gauge close to full before the fight.
Create about 15 Horsemen/Imps/Orcs, a couple Sea Angels.
Have 2x Professor with +9 Braveheart and Target Lock, and 1 Sage.

Strategy:
Send out Killia, and deploy a sacrificial unit to attack the nearest enemy, who should counterattack and kill it. Killia will enter Revenge Mode.

Killia Magichanges with 4 monsters to get their evilities (Brave, 2x Sea Angels, and Drumdawn). Send the Professors and Sage and use Braveheart, Target Lock, and Multi-Attacker.

Activate Killia's Overload and have a wrestler throw Killia from the Base Panel. Use your remaining dispatches to deploy as many Orcs/Imps/Horsemen as you can. Finally, have Killia move to Carnage Dark's back, and spam Macrocosm until he's done for..
