9,000Twitter has become the new face of a phenomenon called "Citizen Journalism". Sadly, in the aftermath of horrible events in Israel and Gaza, the platform has become a hub of monetized disinformation the likes of which social media has never seen.
With limited recourse and a total breakdown of authenticity, the platform is now one of the most glaring examples of failure at scale I have ever seen.
