OOPS. ABC Chief Dana Walden flat out says Disney has passed on "incredibly well-written scripts" for TV shows in favor of more "diverse" shows. Does she not realize how that sounds? ABC's new diversity and inclusion guidelines mandate at least 50% of the main cast need to be "diverse" (i.e. not white and straight) and high quality shows are seemingly getting lost in the dash to look super progressive.
