1,814Disney is crowing about having more subscribers than Netflix, but analysts are saying this is a premature victory lap. Disney had to count subscribers across ALL of its streaming platforms, so a bundled subscriber may be counting for THREE "subscribers." Also, there's the rumor that Disney+ might merge with Hulu, which would cut down on the number of overall subs. And there's still the projected subscriber loss from Hotstar losing cricket. The streaming wars are far from over.
