Disney is settling a class action lawsuit over its Annual Passes in Disneyland. One down, how many more to go? Info: The Walt Disney Company has agreed to pay $9.5 million to settle a class-action lawsuit over the Magic Key annual pass program at Disneyland. The settlement will likely result in a $67.41 check for each affected pass-holder. The settlement will apply to more than 100,000 people, including about 103,435 former Dream Key pass holders. Eligible recipients will be notified at a later date regarding the payment.
