Alongside Wario Land 3, Wario Land 4 is generally considered the best game in the series. The gameplay is mostly unchanged from 3 but one of the main differences are the frog switches in each world, once this switch is hit the timer appears and you have to leave the level before it collapses onto you. So imagine the escape sections from Metroid but for EVERY level.
Combined with this music, Wario Land 4's escape sections are both the most stressful AND most memorable in video games.
