As I played through the game, I was quickly reminded of why I stopped playing the first time around - the difficulty spike. What started as a relatively easy game quickly turned into a challenge, and I had to tone down the difficulty to keep up.
For those who haven't played it yet, Gotham Knights is a 2022 action role-playing game developed by WB Games Montréal and published by Warner Bros. Games. It's inspired by the Batman: Gotham Knights comic series and features characters such as Nightwing, Batgirl, Robin, and Red Hood as they strive to restore justice to Gotham City after Batman's death. Along the way, they uncover a mysterious conflict between two secret organizations - the Court of Owls and the League of Shadows.
