Why buy an LED controller for your PC fans, which will inevitably only be controlled by an App, when you can just rig up your own with a cheap Arduino Nano?

The "ARGB" fan light connectors (3-wire, not to be confused with the older 4-wire RGB ones) are essentially just the same NeoPixel / WS2814B protocol - one pin for Ground, (a blank spot), one pin for Data, and one pin for +5V.
