An old, original concept tune released by DJ MAX-E sometime in 2008, and probably just before Street Fighter IV was initially released. I downloaded it in 2010--especially because I'm a huge sucker for superb "Amen break" utilization. I couldn't find it ANYWHERE else for several years, and eventually forgot I even had it. Immediately after running into it while browsing through my music library, I decided I was going to upload it.

Honestly, I always found this tune to be much more fitting as a Street Fighter III theme, as if Fei Long was in that series. If only...
