Have you noticed that these days buying the game itself is an exercise in futility? Nowadays you have to buy the game, the season pass containing all the DLCs the devs are gonna spit out over the next 6 months, and then an expansion pack a year later since the producers want to make more money off their existing properties. Don't even get me started on having to pay for lootboxes and microtransactions in games YOU ALREADY PAID FULL PRICE FOR!! Why is it like this now? Is there any way we can stop this crazy train before it jumps the rails and we're faced with a full on gaming crisis?
