Riding on a modified hover board, Joe travels down a large river to reach his next target; a Neo Zeed robotics manufacturing factory.

Along the way, he is pursued by Neo Zeed ninjas riding hover vehicles, which he easily takes out.

After a brief stop at a Neo Zeed oil refinery, he continues his journey down the river, eventually coming face to face against another one of Neo Zeeds new weapon creations; Heavy Artillery Hover Mechdroid.
