If only I got into D&D sooner...
I'd love to hear what TRPG games you've played/been playing! At the time of this recording, I'm rocking out a Forge Cleric (Variant Human), who worships Moradin, the Dwarven deity of the forge.
Gist of my background is that my parents were traveling merchants and when I was a child, we were ambushed by a traveling warband of Orcs on our way to the city of Mirabar to sell my family's wares. As the Orcs pursued us, my parents helped me escape but were killed in the process. With no family, home or hope, I made my way to the city of Mirabar to seek refuge. In my youth, I was caught stealing from the blacksmith shop, "The Burning Beard". The owner, a dwarf named Firfack Forgeborn, did not turn me over to the city guard, but rather took me under his wing as one of his own. Dwarves now are like kin to me unlike my human brethren. Under Firfack's tutelage, I began to embrace Moradin, became an decent blacksmith and gained such a high tolerance to ale that I could drink any dwarf in the city under the table, HAH!
