Recently a Games Industry . biz article exposed that Ubisoft, following a bunch of inappropriate workplace allegations, has made minimal changes to rectify it's toxic workplace culture. We here believe the solution to getting through to Ubisoft is not through words alone but through game sales and action. Do not buy Ubisoft games and they will understand that that kind of workplace culture is not acceptable and gamers aren't going to stand by as the executives such as Yves Gilmont reep the benefits of abusive work practices. Ubisoft need to be held accountable.
