Unfortunately the HDR Black Level Raise is really bad in Diablo 4.
Because the S95C / S95B is missing an option like the FTDA Settings on the LG OLEDS , HDR Black Level Raise is not fixable. The Shadow Detail Setting on the S95C / S95B is not enough to eliminate HDR Black Level Raise in Diablo 4.
