This will fix the random Freezing NGS is encountering especially if you have all "Eye-Candy" Graphics Options Enabled, because if you use RTSS/NGS/PSO2 Tweaker's FPS Limiters - they only artificially limit the frames on your display but inconsistently making your GPU Usage (95-100% constantly) high on areas where its not suppose to be causing to freeze the game entirely. Instead of dropping your Graphics Settings while your Graphics Card can obviously handle it, use this method.

The goal is to make sure your Graphics Card has enough GPU Usage Headroom when things goes intense in front of your screen (especially for something like a Gigantix Hunt) as well as making sure there are minimal Screen Jutters happening on your screen while the FPS Limiter is enabled.

This is a result of my analysis (not going to claim I'm first to do it though):

(Monitor Refresh Rate = FPS Cap Minus 1 frame)
- 60Hz = 59 FPS
- 75Hz = 74 FPS
- 120Hz = 119 FPS
- 165Hz = 164 FPS
And so on...

(NGS / PSO2) Graphics Settings:
Motion Blur: OFF (Optional, depends on your preferences)
Dynamic Resolution Scaling - OFF (Tied to FPS Cap - Makes Screen Jutters Terribly noticeable)
Maximum Frame Rate: Unlimited
Limit FPS While Unfocused: OFF

Other FPS Limiter Settings:
RTSS: Disable (Set to 0 for PSO2.exe)
PSO2 Tweaker: Disable (Set to Unlimited)

GPU Control Panel Settings:
Background Application Max Frame Rate: 30 FPS
Max Frame Rate: Depends on your Monitor's Refresh Rate
Triple Buffering: On
Vertical Sync: Adaptive (Or AMD Equivalent)
Virtual Reality pre-rendered frames: Use 3D App Settings (Or AMD Equivalent)
