Everyone onboard thinks there’s been another Doctor Who regeneration, it seems, because they turn to the good Dr Who in order to treat what ails a very sick passenger. You can understand their confusion, I’m sure: I mean, come on… he’s literally called THE DOCTOR. Either way, this is no Doctor Who Christmas Special for the scarf-loving, screwdriver-having time-traveller. He probably should’ve just used the TARDIS to get to Hawaii from the word go, but hindsight is 20/20, I s’pose.
