Normally the game lags whenever you have lots of bullets on screen, that happens a lot on later stages or on loop 2 in general. However, if you overclock the game's CPU a lot, you can prevent it from lagging and make it do funny things. Like bro, what was that spam on the stage 5 boss fight :mokuh:
Also, according to Restart Syndrome this is the lowest scoring C-L clear on the website, and the second lowest scoring clear in general...
