The question many of us have been wondering about in the run-up to the release of COD Vanguard, the new WWII shooter out on Nov 5th, is that although we knew it would be running on the Modern Warfare 2019 Engine, would it play like MW or Black Ops Cold War?
The answer is most definitely that COD Vanguard Looks, feels, and plays like Modern Warfare 2019.
COD Vanguard has the slower movement, weapon mounting, slow (or fast) door opening, and the look and sound of Modern Warfare 2019.
The only difference I've noticed so far in the Alpha on PlayStation 4, where we're playing the Champion Hill Game Mode, has been that footsteps are way quieter - too quiet in fact to hear enemies approaching. Hopefully this will be sorted out for the Beta in a couple of weeks time.
