Does It Suck? is a series that I created to have a chance to review video games. Each video game that I try out will only get one video unless there is a major update in the future for the game, or I made a critical mistake in the video, both of which aren't guaranteed to warrant another video. This series is highly opinionated, and I am not trying to convince anyone to buy or not buy the games I am reviewing.

Dungeon Souls is a 2D topdown hack n' slash RPG video game with roguelike elements. Each level is randomly generated so each playthrough is unique.
As you enter the game you must activate each mark placed through the level, and activating every mark on a level will allow you to progress to the next level of the dungeon. There are many different traps and enemies with unique abilities.
There are many items to make your journey easier. Some of the elements in Dungeon Souls were inspired by Risk of Rain, Nuclear Throne, Overture, BitVenture, and Shoot First.
Dungeon Souls features 6 playable characters with unique abilities. The playable characters include the Barbarian, Warrior, Thief, Archer, Cleric, and Wizard. As you level up in the game you can upgrade your stats or attributes such as your attack, defense, movement speed, and accuracy. There are two different environments with randomly generated levels and bosses. There are 40+ unique passive or orbiting items, and many different enemies with unique abilities.
