Dog Daze Afternoon - Episode 03: Stack Overflow

Wow, this one happened even sooner than I expected. We had a free night and Neko broke his usual schedule, so I was enlisted to stream once again. Guess I'm doubling up this week: much sooner than I expected and without reason. 4 streams before the end of the month -- and I started so late in the month. Oh well, making progress doesn't hurt and I managed to clear another chapter. Sooner I finish these games, the more likely I'll be to do some non-RPG streams this year.
Truth be told, I've always liked these "strategy RPGS" (I generally refer to them as "turn-based strategy") over the more standard style of JRPGs. There's a bit less filler in many cases and in games where you're capable of returning to previous levels, the soul-crushing act of grinding becomes a little more tolerable. My personal favorite series of turn-based strategy games would have to be Super Robot Wars. It's just a shame that Bandai Namco didn't decide to localize any of the Original Generation games, which would be the only ones without copyright concerns. I played the first two SRW OG games on Game Boy Advance -- they were published by Atlus USA -- and I got hooked on the series.
