In this part of my Super Sim Let's Play, I attempt to correct earlier mistakes. I hadn't focused hard enough on the character values system, and had not yet joined Scouts, both of which are necessary to my Sim's build. Here I take care of that and discover a few exploitative means to level them up as a child, setting the stage for a great teen phase.
