CPU set to 2.1Ghz All Core and PBO is disabled. I set the CPU to 2.1Ghz without testing for results, so performance per watt isn't optimized as much as I liked but the temperatures are impressive since some of the cores can reach ambient temperatures. Ambient was 21.9C after testing, didn't even thought about it, probably would have been 21.4C before testing
