A test on Dolphin Emulator for Android, running Need For Speed: Prostreet at 720p while recording using Samsung's in-built recorder. I think it averages about 40-50fps when I can achieve 50-60fps without recording.

My conclusion from some testing is that I'll be using my capture card to record any mobile footage off this phone. Currently performance with it is wonky.
