0Xcode debugger showed me it took 45 minutes before the throttle fully kicked in. Maybe a bug? Throttle wasn't much of an issue here. I'll have to test more demanding games to see. Also I have to use the volume buttons (New Speed Hack???) to get 120fps, don't ask me why, it's a feature. If the fps limiter worked it'd run above 60fps. This test was more of a joyride. I just got my phone today and this was my quick dial settings. Most of this video is just me finding what's best for my device. Also the build i'm using its 4.0.0b5, it runs much better than the development one. I was so upset until I tried the normal build, performance isn't quite up to my expectations but at least I have no problems yet with throttling. I found better settings near the end about 1 hour in.
