The Dominate prototype reduces the attack speed of the attacker by 50 for 5 seconds, whenever the tank or defender heroes receive critical damage. And this stacks up to 5 times. In addition, if the attacker has slow attack speed, most likely the energy that he gains is slow too. And there is a chance that the attacker will have a delay in casting his ultimate skill.
The Dominate prototype also improves the critical damage reduction of the defender.
