Please take the time to read my story!(or don't😅)
Some people wanted to know where i came from
Now you can know, this is my tlou experience :)
. .
Crazy to think people believed that i'm an alt.
Right around 2015 i found tlou, but i was erratic.
After late 2020 i became addicted. noticing how
Common it was for me to achieve high-
Kill games, i figured, why not start a channel?
Eager at first, i quickly realized something.
Dozens of ppl do that already. i have to stand out.
and so i set a standard for my channel, only
uploading games with 16 downs or more.

Happy with my plan, i made sure i had well
Enough gameplay stored ready for upload.
Amazingly, i started seeing success within the
Range of 1.5 months (500 views a vid). 4 months
Thereafter it was 1k views! i'd then experience
- random messages saying they love my content
_ joining a lobby and people recognizing me
- seeing folks talk about me on the internet.
Really guys, thank you all. words could not
describe how lucky i felt, even if this was
all on an old game it was still heartwarming
to me.

7 months into the channel I started to take frequent breaks. I couldn't play much because of personal things happening in my life. So I resorted to uploading stored gameplay in my capture gallery. It was easy for me to get games so I had a lot saved. Mr. Fox would then start hosting tournaments. I would join 4 months rusty, expecting not get far, but I still wanted to have fun with it. To my surprise I got 2nd place! I was slapping players around with unequaled score lines!
People were rooting for me, Ragesrager11 commentated my matches, they even made a whole rule because I was a so dominant (no mercy rule) yet when it came to big_monkey143 I was bested.

Next tournament I wanted to regain my full skill back. So I trained for revenge. Game day came and I blew almost everyone out! Even beating big_monkey143. The finals was even easier, I 19-0d my opponent LastBlackRoses and won 1st place.
Mr. Fox made a ranking placement showing off who was the best player in his tournaments, till this day I have that #1 spot, seeing this I felt as I was the best player alive!!
The following tournament I wasn't able to play so I missed it. New players who took it over, they were all Russian. Mr. Fox asked me if I'd be able to join the next one and take my #1 spot back. This is that tournament that you all just watched. An absolute slaughter...

Sadly Mr. Fox discontinued to make more 1v1 tournaments. Around that time I also fell ill of playing pubs, it wasn't enjoyable to me anymore. it felt as more of a task to gain 16+ downs every game, I wasn't enjoying it. To top it all off everything just wasn't a challenge anymore, I'd even take breaks to make myself rusty so it wouldn't be so easy. TLOU was dying, and more good players were leaving, I felt as I was wasting my time playing, of course I'm super duper grateful to y'all, but I still wasn't enjoying it.
This is why at 8 50 mins I said "Winning constantly may bring glory, but its unending
monotony is not fun anymore." It doesn't feel like Factions anymore. This game is in it's last days anyways, gaming does take some time away from my day, so I'd much rather spend it else where. And If you're not enjoying doing something, why keep doing it? even if you have a fan base you'll still feel the same.

haha but deep down I still love this game and you guys. Thank you for everything friends, in the span of a year I was able to achieve all of this, so thank you for making it happen!

This is the end for gooey. I don't know when you will see him again, or if you ever will.
