Jotunheim is the middle age successor to Niefelheim, and it shares many of that nation's defining characteristics; expensive giant troops, powerful shapeshifting Skratti, and cold preference. The differences, however, are even more interesting, and let Jotunheim carve out a very distinct niche. With the loss of the Niefel Jarls but the addition of cheaper Vaetti units and the supercheap Vaetti Hag for low-cost research and buffing, Jotunheim can alter their strategies and scales to lean more heavily on quick research and cheap raiding squads - and they'll probably need to, since their Gygja production is now much more limited.
